La Pontinella QB

Tomato sauce and cherry tomato sauce, courgette and onions in oil, the delicious sweet and savory relishes, peaches in Brachetto d'Acqui and traditional Cougna.

From our private vegetable garden, still run as they did once and without the use of chemicals, the fruits of our land are transferred directly in a small workshop to create genuine products with simple recipes in very limited quantities.

Small gnocchi with ricotta and cherry tomato sauce
Orecchiette with tomato sauce and salted ricotta
Discs of polenta with cotechino sausage and mashed lentils with Cougnà of Moscato d’Asti
Little tarts with Robiola D.O.P. Roccaverano and caramelized figs
Savory Ladies’ Kisses with apple relish
Tart oranges and pears with cinnamon and anise
