In “Alta Langa”, a land of good wine, white truffles, hazelnuts and the extraordinary goat cheese Robiola D.O.P. Roccaverano, is a small farm: “La Pontinella”.

The private vegetable garden still run as they did once, without the use of chemical additives. In a small workshop the products of the land are transferred directly to create genuine products with simple recipes in very limited quantities.

“La Pontinella” produces a limited amount of apples, pears, peaches, plums, apricots of antique flavor and intense aroma. The apples are used for relishes, Cougnà and relishes flavored with the many flowers that grow in this land (lavender, rose, etc.).

The goodness of our courgette in oil is expressed at the highest levels thanks to the incredible flavor of the courgette Trombetta d’Albenga, unsurpassed to enrich an aperitif or to accompany meat or fish.

Not forgetting the red onion jam and tasty ketchup made with tomatoes from the garden.

The range of products may change from year to year depending on the crop, which is spontaneous. The nature adjusts the amount of the fruit and thus the availability or unavailability of each of them.
